Our Policies

At Natural Hair of Katy, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible; from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave.

WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS! The fee for a no call or no show is 100% of the scheduled service. The fee for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advanced is 50% of the total scheduled service. There is a $15 fee for arriving 10 minutes after your set appointment time. Your appointment may be canceled with no show fee if over 15 minutes late.
