Our Policies

At Natural Hair of Katy, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible; from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave.

 

Below are key policies we adhere to. We understand life happens, but these are non negotiables.

1. WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS.

2. The fee for a no call or no show is 100% of the scheduled service.

3. The fee for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advanced is 50% of the total scheduled service.

4. There is a $15 fee for arriving 10 minutes after your set appointment time.

5. Your appointment may be canceled with no show fee if over 15 minutes late.
